Dear Hadleigh Bathrooms,
I am just writing to thank you for the fantastic service I have had from you in the past 6 or so years. I have in that time purchased furniture for two bathrooms, two shower rooms and two cloakrooms. Not only have I had excellent service, matching prices but the after sales service has also been brilliant. Last week when I phoned wanting to buy a new shower door as I was so frustrated with my one constantly leaking, having tried everything, I was desperate. Instead of selling me a new one costing me several hundred pounds you asked me to check if it had been installed correctly. Having checked the mastic I did indeed discover that it had been installed incorrectly, removed the mastic and I now have a shower that does not leak. Thank you so very much. I am writing to let you know how good it is to deal with an honest company and I shall be recommending you to anyone who asks.
